About the title, Have you ever listened to the radio or to people talking, have you seen something outrageous or have you done something foolish and it was completely inappropriate to truly speak your mind at that time because it would be socially/politically/professionally/economically incorrect or that no one would actually hear it because you were alone? This is when that inner voice screams out.

In Other words, If a tree fell in the forest and no one was around, would it make noise? The answer is 'Yes... if it could blog'.

There may be times when I need to insert the inner scream monologue into text. Until I find something better, I'll use this.

For instance,

'Of course it adds up you numskull dear colleague, X will always equal Y + X - Y.'

Anyway, here goes nothing, so don't expect much.
